Shipping Methods
•   FedEx Ground - 5 to 7 business days plus processing time
•   FedEx Express Saver - 3 to 4 business days plus processing time
•   FedEx 2Day - 2 business days plus processing time
•   FedEx Standard Overnight - Delivery within 1 business day plus processing time


Shipping Policies
•   TechToast does not regularly ship outside the 48 contiguous United States of America.
   For all exception orders, please call us and we will discuss shipping rates with you.
   For all international orders, the consignee (NOT Techtoast) will be responsible for duties, taxes, customs, charges,
   and/or any other export/import fees resulting from the international shipment.

•   All orders require at least 24-48 hours of processing time before shipment
•   TechToast does not process orders during weekends
•   No deliveries will be made on Saturdays and Sundays
•   TechToast does not guarantee shipping times


Price Matching
Prices are non-negotiable. For your convenience, all of our most current pricing is listed on our website and updated in real-time.


Sales Tax Policy
TechToast is not required to apply a sales tax to all sold items to be shipped outside of Kansas.
TechToast does not collect CA Sales or Use taxes; This is the responsibility of the customer.


Product Testing
TechToast, like other online retailers, ships items in the condition they were received from the original manufacturer/distributor. TechToast does not conduct product testing before shipping.


TechToast Return Policy

All returns require prior authorization.
Please login here, find and view your order you wish to make a return on; at the bottom of the page is a "Return Here" section which you can complete to request for a Return Authorization Number. Any item returned without a Return Authorization Number granted to them will be refused upon delivery.


Return of New Items
TechToast allows you to return any new, factory-sealed and unopened merchandise within thirty (30) days of your purchase date. You may choose a full-credit product exchange or a full credit by the same means payment was made. Please include a detailed letter describing your decision to return the products. Shipping charges cannot be refunded and a 15% restoring fee will be applied to unopened products and a 30% restocking fee to opened products.


Return of Defective Items
TechToast allows you to return defective merchandise within thirty (30) days of your purchase date. You may choose a full-credit product exchange or a full credit by the same means payment was made. Please include a detailed letter describing the defect(s) and how to replicate the problem(s). Merchandise that is found to be non-defective will be subject to a 15% restocking fee; additional fees may be incurred for missing hardware, physical damage, etc. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.


Non-Refundable Items
TechToast is unable to accept returns of the following products:
•   Special Order Merchandise
•   Software of any kind


Packaging Your Return
TechToast will only accept those return which satisfy the following requirements: returned merchandise must include all factory packed accessories in the original carton with all UPC and Bar Codes intact, returned merchandise must be double boxed with no writing on the manufacturer's box, returned merchandise must have a valid Return Authorization Number displayed prominently on the outside of the shipping box. Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing requirements.


Return Shipping Costs
TechToast is not responsible for shipping product to our warehouse; you are responsible for shipping any return merchandise to our warehouse. In the case that you exchange a defective product for a new product, TechToast will provide and pay for the outgoing shipping for replacement. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than thirty (30) days after the Return Authorization Number was issued.


Processing Time
TechToast will process returns meeting the conditions outlined above within five (5) business days following receipt. Processing may be slightly extended during peak business periods.

Open-Item Stock
All open item stock is clearly marked. These items were at some point decided not to be used and unless otherwise stated, are in perfect working condition. Please call or email us if you have any more specific questions about the status or condition of these items.


Back-Orders
TechToast does not sell back-ordered merchandise. We will never intentionally charge a customer for an item that we do not physically have in stock at the time of purchase unless noted on the website. Occasionally inventory discrepancies may occur due to inaccurate inventory counts or possibly that the last few items in our warehouse are damaged and/or not suitable that we in good faith can sell to a customer. In this instance, we would refund your account and an automated e-mail will be sent to notify you of the situation.


Order Status
TechToast will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information will be e-mailed to your e-mail account associated with your TechToast account. You may also acquire live updates by logging into your TechToast account.


Security
All online transactions are sent through our secure servers and encrypted with 256-bit technology. Once we receive your information through the internet, only trusted, authorized employees will process the payment to make sure your information is handled with the utmost level of security and confidentiality.


Cancel Orders
TechToast only allows order to be cancelled if the orders HAS NOT already been processed and shipped. Please e-mail us at orders@techtoast.com to make any changes on your order. Be sure to include your name and order number. NOTE: all shipments leave warehouse by 6:00PM CST everyday.
